Updated Constitution for

Rifle Rod & Gun Club (Manawatu) Inc

Following the Special General Meeting of the Club in August 2026, changes to the club's administration going forward were approved. Those changes resulted in consequential amendments to the previously adopted constitution. 

The changes principally related to the roles of the Officers of the club, which saw the number of Officers (the Committee) reduced from 11 to 5 persons. In addition, the term of the Officers was increased from 1 year to 3 years to provide continuity in experience and management of the club.

At the same time, a number of minor corrections were made to the constitution for detected typographical errors and editorial comments that had inadvertently been left in the original document.
